Enjoy this 180 calorie delicious guilt-free shake!
In a Blender Add:
* 1 cup Water
* 1/2 cup Lowfat Milk
* 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
* 1/2 Banana
* 1–2 Ice Cubes (for extra chill)
* Blend above ingredients then add -
* 1/2 scoop of Healthy Recovery Formula and Blend again
Substitutions &/or additions:
* substitute ½ cup Strawberries for Blueberries
* &/or add heeping Tbsp of plain (no added sugar) Peanut Butter (adds ~80 cal.)
* &/or use only Water or only Milk
Berry Blast
For an extra dosage of antioxidants and natural fiber. In a blender, add the following:
* 3/4 cup frozen berries or fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed berry)
* 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 a banana
* 1/2 cup cold fruit juice, your choice (we use blueberry or white grape juice)
* 1 tablespoon wheat germ
* 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
* 1/2 scoop Healthy Recovery Formula
Soy Berry
For those who are allergic to dairy, and who love the great taste of soy milk, try this simple mix:
* 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
* 1/2 cup soy yogurt (for added thickness)
* 1 cup soymilk
* 1/2 scoop Healthy Recovery Formula
